What if I have a domain name already
That’s great it’s no problem. If you don’t need us to provide you with a new domain name, what we can do is manage the one you have to make sure it stays up to date and live?
Will I be happy with my new website?
Yes, if you’re not happy with your new website we will not be happy with it. We will work closely with you to ensure that your website is designed just the way you want it. You’ll be given the opportunity to review your site throughout the design process to be sure that we’re heading in the right direction. And remembered you would have chosen the design at the start of the process.
Can I upgrade
Certainly, you can upgrade as your business grows, in fact, we expect it because you may outgrow your starter pack
Will I own my website?
Yes, you will own the site after the 12 month period and have completed all the payments. We hope you stay with us and let us continue to manage your website however that is your choice.
How long will it take to be finished?
A professional website requires some time and we would never sacrifice the quality for the sake of an hour or two. However, we will make every effort to create you the perfect business website in as little time as possible. You can expect to receive your first concept in around 3 days after you have sent us all the required information.
How long is the contract?
We offer 12-month rolling contracts which starts when the site goes live.
How do I make my monthly payments?
All payment are collected monthly via a Direct Debit. You’ll be able to set this up electronica system. Mainly we use Pay Pal.
